I was on my way to SD when something didn’t feel right while driving. I had a flat tire and exited and went to Chevron. I put air up to 35 psi then drove again. The leak was bad and it went all the way down to 11psi. I called Faustino Ruiz for advice. I couldn't make it to Crown Lexus. He told me to call towing. AAA sent a tow truck and drove to Crown Lexus. Faustino already started paperwork and prepared for a loaner car. I picked up my car today and very satisfied. Faustino is knowledgeable,
compassionate, very helpful. He takes care of his clients very well. He is
an asset to Crown Lexus.
