George was very helpful at what actually needed to be done for the routine service and asked if I would like to have a loaner vehicle be my service was going to take approximately 6hours. Usually I just wait for the service to be completed,but it was nice to not sit for 6hours. First time that I’ve been coming since 2020.
Very disappointed will never step in that dealership ever again
