Excellent service as always! Got checked in right away and was out of there with the loaner car in record time!
I had a crack on my windshield and he offered to have the car hand washed instead. He also guided me through the correct place to see what my permaplate coverage was instead of telling me to fix it myself and if i was unable to fix it to come back like the last rep did

I am always beyond cared for, scheduling is very easy, updates on the repair/ maintenance status of my vehicle is always clearly & in timely matter communicated. The necessary & optional repairs & upgrades are discussed & approved without ever feeling as if they are upsells & unnecessary, but are chatted with me on the urgency & always accommodated & in stock & able to be accomplished in record time. Great work Crown Service & Tony. I always know my Lexus will be best taken care of @ Crown. I’ll be back for my next service.

Mark was an excellent guy to work with and made me feel like I’m at home. Everyone that works at the dealership was super nice me and my little brother went to go check out the cars on the lot because his favorite car brand is lexus and no one told us anything.
