I just had my 2025 RX 350 serviced the week before. When I drove it Sunday I still had the same problem. Vehicle shaking when I pressed on the brakes. Unfortunately I couldn't get a loaner but Tino took care of everything. He had someone drive with me to confirm the problem, kept me informed and explained what was being done. He also had someone help me,with explaining about downloading the Lexus app. Everyone was very helpful and professional. It was a great experience and made the rest of my day even better, especially because my vehicle was fixed.
Everything at Lexus today was wonderful — the timing and the meeting.
