They preformed an alignment without my permission and charged me 160 dollars. when I explcitly told him to tell me if the car needed it before they preformed it. I came in for a basic 15k service. I was not prepared to pay for the alignment. I would have gotten it somewhere else. Also the car wash was not adequate the windows and mirrors are still dirty.
Helen Kassel is so wonderful to work with on my car. She takes time to explain everything and I do appreciate her.
