Christian is amazing! We worked with him when my son purchased a Toyota car. He really went the extra mile and made my son feel comfortable. My son is on the Asperger’s spectrum and many people don’t take the time to know my son. Christian went above and beyond. Now that he is in the service department his hard work continues to show. Our experience today was problem free.

I needed my tires rebalanced,which they done when I bought my truck 14,000 miles ago,Buckhannon toyota balanced my tires I had to pay almost $84 to get my tires rebalanced and rotated,im not mad just thought they should not have charged me as much, but everything else is great,great employees and nice people there,glad I got my truck from there instead of Beckley
