I was told an hr for the service(oil change, 25 point inspection, tire rotation). I was notified when the inspection was completed. And then when the car was ready, I received another notice, as I chose to shop rather than wait at the dealership. My 50% discount coupon for oil change was honored, and I was pleased with the final total.

Your process is so automated that it is difficult to understand how to access the reports in the links provided. So, I asked for a printed copy. I was given a recommendation for 4 new tires. I know the service person is new— but she could not really explain the details supporting the replacement tire recommendation. Another service person helped but neither one was really able to provide a good rationale.

The team that we worked with to schedule our maintenance was very helpful, however the team that did the maintenance overlooked comments from us to examine or inspect things - like the windshield wipers or my request for a state inspection. As a result our visit was over 2 hours with me needing to correct things we had mentioned.

He didn’t reset my tire light. But the cost just to change fluid was over $300. Also wanted to fix timing cover and would have to take engine out and would be 4,500. That is an unhear do go amount. Just to fix a leak.
