We did not purchase our Toyota at Buckhannon, but it is the closest place to get the recall work done. We also went ahead and got the oil changed while there, we were very pleased. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Unable to solve radio noise due to, “unable to replicate the problem.” When I picked the car up, noise automatically started. Has turned into a daily problem. Coolant bypass valve was replaced. Car is now overheating due to no coolant in the vehicle—either leak, or was not filled back up. Have not noticed any leaks, however. Husband has topped off the coolant. Need another appointment for both issues, and to ensure no damage has been done to head gasket, etc. as temperature reached red level.
I went early and they told me they would get it in but would be closer to my time .
My husband will not complete an additional survey.
Everything was good, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the service was quick. My only complaint which really isn’t a big deal is that the lounge really isn’t that big. Besides that everything was exceptional.
Alicia did very good job of communicating and keeping us updated on everything.

Christian went above and beyond. The service department accidentally broke my windshield, but thanks to Christian everything went smoothly after the “incident”. He was in constant communication with me and made sure everything, plus some, went smoothly. I’ll be back for sure.
