There for 2 hours for an oil change because they broke my tire stud....nothing mentioned about it in paperwork so if I have issues with it, there is no documentation. I will be going to another dealer for my service

Discussed alignment with tire replacement and a car wash. Tires were put on and there was no alignment on the bill. I was told they weren't aware they were supposed to do that and it would take another hour or so. I didn't have time to do that. I'd already been there 1 ½ hours. When I went to my car it hadn't been washed. For sure a disappointing day. ML Bosley
