The Vehicle belongs to my Husband, not me. When he tried to fix the problem, was told by Service Advisor he could not do anything. Plus my Husband had to return a second time as the work had to be be finished that was not completed on initial visit.
Last week I got new tires put on my car, not only did they order the wrong size tires but the mechanic put them on and supposedly took a test drive. I left and start hearing rubbing noise when turning sharply and hitting bumps with the rear tires. I checked and saw you put235/55r18 on instead of the 235/45r18. I called and they apologized and made appointment for today to get tires replaced, so I did not drive my car for 5 days because of this mistake. I arrived today to get my tires replaced and all that was said was you were the one with wrong tires and I asked about checking the alignment again and I was told it should be ok but I will ask him to check. I am concerned about the damage that may have been caused to my vehicle by wrong size tires. There was no assurance that if anything happens it would be covered and also as I was waiting the guy checking people in and out was talking with a woman who was upset that she had an appointment and her car had been sitting outside for 45 minutes with nothing done to it, he asked the girl working to print Filburn receipt and get him out of here. I just expected a little more courtesy overall since you guys screwed up and I had to come in twice not to mention drive from Morgantown twice for what should be an easy job of 4 new tires. There was no apology or nothing said about my inconvenience. Thank you, Eric

Took to long an hour and a half for an oil change
FRIDAY 8PM. We are hours from home, heading on a recreational weekend to Canaan Valley, WV. We are at a traffic light in Buckhannon WV. Our battery is dying and our Tacoma is shutting down.
We are next to Buckhannon TOYOTA (that is closed) but a salesman (Gary Owens) is making final transfer of a new truck to a new owner.
My truck shuts completely down and Gary steps into action. He finds a place to park, gets us a hotel room and helps us unload.
He stores our new e-bikes, texts us the next morning to let us know the truck is in a bay and he comes and picks us up.
A couple of hours later, we’ve got a new alternator and is back on the road.
Gary and the Buckhannon Toyota team go the extra mile to serve the customer!
The mechanic working on my vehicle sent me an update and recommended that my tires be replaced. Toyota had performed an alignment 5000 miles on the last service and the tread was reported to be 5. Now it was reported that two tires were down to 2 and I needed new tires. Alicia discussed it with me and she took it upon herself to go check the tread on the tires. She reported that the tread was at 4 not 2. Disappointed. I think someone was trying to pressure me to purchase new tires.
