All the staff members are very friendly. It’s always clean and the manager goes above and beyond. It is rare these days to see a manager that is genuine and actually cares for the employees. They have a phenomenal staff that goes above and beyond as well.

The people were friendly. I don’t appreciate the fact that the extended warranty never covers what it’s suppose to. It seems to be a big money making scam. This was my second time being denied claims from Toyota warranty’s. I definitely learned my lesson never to purchase extended warranty’s from Toyota.
