Alicia made sure I was given an appointment for diagnostic evaluation, when I used the schedule app. Once I arrived and checked in I was informed as to the progress.

The only complaint I have is, for some reason my extended warranty is under someone else’s name. I would like to see this resolved.
Still vibrates when go 70. Drive to clarksburg this eve and it was the same thing. Did they test drive after the balanced the tires ? Steering wheel vibrates in your hand

The people at Toyota went out of their way to verify that I had a maintenance agreement back home in Texas. I want to commend them for their customer service.
Christian is amazing and a great person to have representing your company. I’m sure I’ve said it before, but he is an asset. His customer service is exceptional and his follow-ip and communication are something that you just don’t see every day. Please make sure to keep him and every other employee you have that goes above and beyond. It’s one thing to recruit talented people…and it’s another thing to keep them happy and satisfied. Please have a retention program that does just that. Many thanks for all you do…my experiences with Christian and your team over the past several years has been wonderful.

My only disappointment is the fact I specifically requested to have my shocks and strutslooked at when I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I wanted them to look at it while there. I even mentioned it to the CSR when I checked in. When leaving, I asked about my shocks and struts. His reply.."I'm sorry, they didn't have time." I told him I was disappointed because I specifically asked about this when scheduling. I have to drive 55 minutes and do not want to have to make another trip to check the parts...then drive up again for a repair. I have scheduled a local mechanic to look at it this time. It's just disappointing that they didn't take my appt seriously.
Parts and Service were both friendly and courteous in performing the work and answering all of my questions.
Whenever a customer has a problem and they tell you its normal or it supposed to be like that and the noise was not there when hen was purchased
