I drove my truck home, parked it, and later walked back out to an oil puddle under my truck and oil sprayed all the way under my undercarriage. NOT PLEASED.

Alicia was fantastic. Communication was perfect and she wasn’t afraid to tell me that warranty wouldn’t cover my failure with an explanation of why it wouldn’t be. They were quick, efficient and even did some upsell on 4 tires. I appreciate the help getting me back on the road. Great job! If I get a survey on a couple weeks, I’ll let you know about the actual repair.
