I understand the advance in oil has come a long way. The issue is a turbo breaks the oil down faster. There's no way the oil will last 10k miles. If you change at that interval you will cause engine damage/failures. I had to pay for the oil change and will continue to at 5k not the recommended 10k because I want my truck to last

I think Buckhannon Toyota tried to fix my problem. However, Toyota Company is dragging their feet for whatever reason. I suppose I need to buy from a more reputable Auto Maker. I have bought 5 trucks from Toyota, but it looks like I now need to change Companies!
I purchased the used 2022 Tacoma in July 2025 from Buckhannon Toyota.
When I got it home, I realized that the tires were almost bald and the truck was totally out of line. In September 2025, the truck started making a noise. I stopped at my local garage to ask what the mechanic thought about the noise. He said the noise was coming from the manifold. Took it back to the dealership and ended up trading it in for a 2018 Tacoma.
I liked the video of the service and that they asked before they replaced needed items on my car.
Recommended cabin air filter replacement. Had my vehicle serviced the day before at another facility and cabin air filter was checked then. The tech may have been trying to be completely thorough, but I thought it was odd.
