I had requested the vehicle be washed as part of my service- it was not. I believe the service took much longer than it should have. I was at dealership for nearly 3 hours for a routine service.

Alicia Harvey was great. I asked it the service area about an email on get prepaid service and they told me I needed to go to finance the finance guy said he had a service but the one from the email was through service before you send out an email you might let everyone know about it
