Still didn't get a call for the part that needs to be replaced; was told it should be just a few days. Calling today and you guys can't even find us in your system? Doesn't sound like good service... And after being on hold with a recording while someone tries to find out what's going on for some 15 minutes... and you guys hangup on us!... Seriously!? So, face to face, the lady we dealt with (Hailey Richard) was very nice and helpful, but after that... Not very happy with the service at Toyota Buckhannon.

Ms.Richards was very nice and polite to us. She treated us with all due respect and did her job well. As always, Toyota, did a great job on vehicle service on our Rav 4. We wouldn't go any other place to service our vehicles but buckhannon Toyota. Great job guys !
