Fast, friendly and professional
So far everything seems to be good. The only thing is that I would think when ever working on a vehicle they would just go ahead and wash it. I didn’t know this the first time and I was surprised it wasn’t washed as other dealerships washed ours every time. Also, I did ask that it be washed this time and my husband picked it up and wasn’t sure if it was washed or not. Other than that friendly staff.

Great job. They were able to work me in.
Have taken the truck in multiple times for the same issue, never gets fixed because “they can not duplicate it”. Even after showing the service manager a video of the issue they tried to blame it as a normal characteristic of the vehicle The service department is just horrible. Truck was also brought in for 4 tires. Valve caps were missing on all 4 wheels when I got the truck back and tires pressures ranged from 30-40 pounds. Have never once gotten the car wash. Never even get offered or get told it’s not working. Haylee at the service counter is rude every to me and my wife every time we are there. The only pleasant one I dealt with while I was the was Alicia the service advisor today..
