I always thought that Michelin tires were the highest in quality. Obviously that is not the case. Seems like it doesn’t take much to cause a misalignment. Even though damage was minor it was recommended that we replace all 4 tires. In my opinion Toyota should replace the 2 tires that are damaged.

I got called before they worked on my vehicle. They asked if I wanted additional work done and quoted a price of less than 100 additional dollars for the transfer case and front differential fluids change, her exact words were that it would make the grand total right around 600$ so I agreed to have it done. My original quote was just over 500$ for engine oil, rear differential fluid and transmission fluid change. My wife messaged me later and said they charged her almost 900$, in my eyes that’s not even close to 600$. When I called in and asked, they said sorry they quoted me wrong and they would try not to allow that to happen again but that doesn’t help the fact that I really didn’t have the extra money and had to put it on a credit card. It almost doubled what I intended to be spending and I wouldn’t have had the extra work done if I knew this up front. I later got a message verifying that the additional cost wasn’t supposed to be what they charged and it also showed that I didn’t ok the additional charge. Other than this, I was very pleased with the service and how advanced the service department is. I’d like for someone from upper management to give me a call so we could further discuss the issue.

Came in for a state inspection and hailey was wonderful, she got to us quickly and answered every question I had, she made this whole process very easy for me and I really appreciated it, she’s very kind and will be happy to come back next time

I have owned Toyota vehicles since 2000, I've been totally satisfied with each of my purchases. I have not bought any other brands since. I don't plan on buying any other brands in the future.

My appointment was scheduled for 11am and I dropped off little after 9am and had to add additional service. The staff was very accommodating and took my car back directly after check in . Awesome staff and service every time I’ve been in. Thank you for a job well done.
