Alicia was very helpful and always quick to get a response. I have been displeased with the service department as a whole during this experience. After a diagnostic fee, warranty deductible, plus two hours of diagnostics out of pocket, I am currently having the same problems with the vehicle that I had at the initial time of service. Hopefully moving forward, together we can works towards a goal that can be achieved with a reasonable answer and resolution for both parties. Thanks.

She was absolutely dialed in. She gave me periodic updates on progress while I was in the waiting room. Her attention to detail was unmatched. I would even say that she’s the best employee at the dealership. That includes sales and the rest of the service department and I’ve bought two cars from there.

Our rear brake job was quoted at $250,
but then told need new rotors;can't turn . Which apparently doubled the price --turned into $500. I understand adding the cost of new rotors but seems a bit disproportionate for a rear brake job to cost $500.
Extremely disappointed in a bill that was way more than quoted or that we expected or could afford. We brought it back her for the service because it was quoted at $250 for a brake job
Rear brakes and an oil change should never equal a $600 bill.

Hailey was super awesome. Staying in constant communication with me throughout the process of fixing and performing preventative maintainence on daughters vehicle. This was my daughters vehicle who attends D & E college which is 3.5 hours from our residence. It is nice to know that they everyone was so helpful and confident in their work that I did not have to worry about the vehicle being in good hands. Thank you much.
