Went for 15000 mile check and tire rotation. The print out I was handed does not have check mark by tire rotation. So were they rotated? I would like reply

Concerned that we had the 4Runner in there a couple of weeks ago for oil change and tire rotation. No mention of brakes or rotors having any issues. After the tires was rotated the car made noise. So, I made an appt for last Saturday. Arrived, only to be told that someone forgot to put us on the books. That we could wait but it would be quite awhile. So once we got the car in yesterday, it was stated to us that both rotors and breaks needed replaced…$1100.00. Would like to know how the car is fine, then it’s not. We got the inspection statement and nothing was mentioned about rotors or brakes having any issues. Then we was told that the front would be ok but the back rotors and brakes needed replaced. So, just concerned that someone is not being honest somewhere.
Pleased with each visit.. the employees are always cordial and helpful .the dealership is always clean and neat. You feel very comfortable while there. They explain the service performed which is very important to me

I was not quoted any fees about having diagnostics ran on my truck. My check engine light came on and I called and setup an appointment. You then tried to charge me $140 for the work. I advised I was not paying that as I was not aware. I was then advised by the service manager I should have known of the fees. How would I have known there was a fee just to advise why my check engine light was on? This was after I got a text that I missed my appointment today because no one checked the drop box where I left my keys for my truck that was parked right out front the service entrance. I didn't purchase my Tacoma from Buckhannon Toyota because of a negative interaction from years ago. I offered a 2nd try with you and you screwed up again. I literally went out of my way to buy my toyota from another dealership because of how poorly your dealership has been anytime I've interacted with you, today was another great example of why I won't go through you all for anything.

Over and hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. Then some how they removed all my pairs for our phones. That was another hour of my time for me to fix
