We drove two hours to simply be told the part we will be ordered, and come back the next day. That will be a total of eight hrs drive time. When I called about the appointment due to luggage racks leaking and is under warranty at which I told you would be a two hour drive there. This could have been eliminated.

For some reason my name wasn’t called when my car service was completed. I sat for about an hour waiting when I could have already been on my way. I did get a message, but I didn’t really understand it. Please do not call me. Thank you.

I’ve called 2 times without getting a reply back. They were supposed to check to see if the service I received and the work that needs to be done is covered by the extended warranty. I was told they would check and get back to me. I’ve not been contacted.
