Gabrielle was a very pleasant young lady and was very efficient in checking us in and out.
From what I can tell the vibration I was feeling/hearing is gone, but I need to drive it some more, another day or so to be able to confirm 100%,but again i believe it is,
I was extremely happy with the service manager Josh. He took care of our issues with the truck fuse and treated us fairly when it came to paying for the bill. I appreciate that he went the extra mile for help us! Thank you, Josh!

Daughter says she never received customer participation notice about A frame replacement. $14,000 is pretty steep for a single 41 year old female Rules are rules however. Buckhannon Toyota was bound. Sad. Staff was very nice and helpful. Fortunately, we, her parents were able to defeay part of the cost.
As always, everything went great and service was prompt.

The service department was excellent and I have no complaints at all about the staff or the service I received… It was exemplary. The only reason for indicating “no” on this survey is that I found out today that my trailer hitch on my car does not work because it is an aftermarket hitch, I purchased this car from Buckhannon Toyota and was not aware of this problem. It was disappointing to find out that Service could not fix it or work on it because it was aftermarket. I was told it would be over $1800 to replace it, which is not something I can do, but certainly is a disclosable item should I sell or trade the car.

Not happy whatsoever car did not get fixed. People would not return phone calls dealership priced parts go online to Toyota bought parts cheaper still was unable to have the car fixed. Got car back with window down clean they could not get window up. Does not take rocket scientist to figure out How to get a window to go up will not own another Toyota not happy whatsoever too much BS and run around on getting it fixed which ended up with it not being fixed not happy with Toyota garage at all
