I called in on 9/30/23 because the service dept was already closed Friday evening. I was over charged for service when I went 3 miles down the road and my tire was falling off due to lug nuts not being tight. I spoke to service manager Josh, was told the technician was in Mexico so he could not talk to him. My wife and 16 yr old daughter pickup my truck last time if either of them had been driving they would have been seriously injured. I expect to hear from someone Monday regarding this issue.

This is my 1st Toyota and my 1st time visiting your service department and I was very pleased with the service and especially thrilled when I saw my car was washed after the service! Thank you for doing that. In all my years of owning new and used vehicles I’ve never had a service department wash my vehicle. It was very much appreciated

Broke my antenna and put scratches down to the metal on the fender and door. So no I was not happy.
She did a great job of welcoming me and efficiently taking care of all of the work to be done on my FJ Cruiser. Could not have ask for anything more.
Every time I have my car serviced I ask for it to be washed and it never gets washed. Then your staff tells my husband the car wash is broken when I walked your whole lot looking at other cars as well as noticing how every car got a wash today except mine.

Receipt did not state tires were rotated. I had to take the service rep’s word that it was done.
The service was everything I could ask for, good service by helpful and pleasant people.
My running boards were damaged during the maintenance service by the lift. Service department was made aware of the situation and manager stated it would be replaced.
I was very impressed with their ability to service my Rav on such short notice while I was in Buckhannon. Thank you for doing that
