Ashley was great. She checked my history and saved me money because my vehicle wasn't due work that I requested. Friendly and courteous.
Dalen was such a sweetheart. He smiled as he welcomed me at my car and took care of me from start to finish. He let me know when the service was done, but since my husband was waiting on his car for service being done at the same time, and I was waiting on him, Dalen moved my car for me and parked it and brought the keys back to me. I offered to do it and he insisted. Such a nice young man. Coad Toyota is blessed to have him. He told us to have a great day and was very respectful and courteous.

Your service department spent 3 hours trying to make the Gas door activator work instead of replacing it. This is unacceptable if it wasn't covered by an extended warranty. Your Service Rep however went above and beyond trying to heip.I believe her name was Ashley

I was there for 1.5 hours and I believe that she failed to see the message from the technician that I needed a new cabin filter. I also asked her to replace the battery on my key fob but she forgot. I put it down to being new I assumed.
Ashley was knowledgeable enough about the mechanics of my car that I felt very comfortable going into all the little details regarding my problem. She exhibited good troubleshooting and communication skills. She did everything I asked of her and did it promptly. If she wasn’t sure of an answer to a question, she checked with the mechanic and got back with me promptly. You surely regard her as a valuable member of your staff. The mechanic devised a plan to further understand my increasing oil level problem after a cause of my oil level increase was not discovered and I will revisit your location again in 500 - 1000 miles for additional troubleshooting if the oil level continues to increase after today’s visit. The mechanic’s efforts to troubleshoot the problem seemed to be reasonable procedures. The problem’s cause could be of an intermittent nature, and if so, it could be difficult to solve. I believe the mechanic did all he could have done without greatly increasing the cost of my visit. Thanks to the mechanic and Ashley for their efforts.

Zachary was great at the counter. When car was brought back around, there was some pil/dirt on arm reat that I had to wipe off. Maybe have tech be sure and wipe off arms or lay plastic down on armrest or sear when driving car to serve bay or back to pick up area.
Happy that you’re able to fit me in since I came on the wrong day for my oil change. The tech did leave my indoor air filter out on the seat.
