I’ve called several times for MONTHS asking what the next step is for my car. Everytime i’ve received “we will give your name to our manager and he will give you a call back” never received a call. the whole process of my car being in this dealerships hands, it has been absolutely awful full of NO answers. and being promised yall would keep my ticket open because no one would listen to me and try and figure out what the problem was, it was closed yesterday on 9/27/2024 without any communication with me what so ever. i received a text telling me my car was ready for pickup and i was IN MY CAR 8 hours away. i absolutely would not recommend to anyone to bring their car here or to deal with anyone at toyota. lacks serious customer service. and anytime i deal with selena ross, i get absolutely no where. this whole situation has me very upset. and the next time you close a customers ticket, i would recommend communicating with them. but at the same time no one here knows how to communicate.

I knew what was happening with my car every step of the way. The lobby and bathrooms were clean. My car drives like brand new again. So glad I called.
