Dalyn & Mr Dixon was professional, educated and kind. I also talk to a gentleman in the service that possibly did repair on my vehicle and he was nice. Although I was quoted, the job would be $250 for the part and $250 for the labor so I was anticipating approximately $530 I was surprised to see my bill for 631.00 dollars. And there was a $30 charge for environmental, and I took that as a chemical being used or disposing of oil something similar. But putting in a seatbelt doesn’t require any chemicals or environment issues. This is the third Toyota that I’ve purchased. (((I wasn’t told that the price had gone up 100.00 before the work was done.))) This has sadden me as a single woman. I am disabled, in a wheelchair, & a widow trying to make ends meet.

From the minute I walked in, I was treated so nice even though o didn’t have an appointment and had an issue with my sun roof. Entire staff went beyond anything I have ever experienced. Shout out to the ladies at the front desk, the gentlemen who first greeted me in the service bay and then, Dan. He was so nice and helpful.

Everybody that waited on me from the time the gentleman opened the door for me until the service department took over. I was very happy with the service that I got thank you and have a blessed day merry Christmas. And the coffee was very good. That means a lot when you’re waiting. The coffee was wonderful. The treats were really nice too. It makes you waiting very pleasant thank you.

I have another make vehicle that I take to dealership for service. They are better at communicating and review the work they did, even though its routine, such. as telling me which fluids were low and adjustments ito tire pressure. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle. And they have coupons for specials. I see no specials on your website.
At your dealership, they hand me the paperwork and point me to the car. I assume service was performed. I don’t feel like you appreciate me bring a customer.
Ashley could not have been better. She even took the time to answer some questions about my other Toyota. Ashley was was very friendly and professional. There is no way I could have been treated better.
