The oil change and replacement of air filters took 3 hours and no one acknowledged that fact.

My appointment was at 10:00 and I left at 1:00. At no point in those 3 hours did anyone come and let me know they were running behind etc. I will say that the gentleman that checked me in and out was very nice.
