Had appt on Friday at 10:30. 2 hour wait for Oil change then today find out I have bad oil leak. Missed 3 hours work to return to dealer for loose air filter I was told. More than 1 qt low of oil and only 29,000 miles on truck. Paid $150+ for very poor service I think. I am very disappointed in the service dept.

The service team has a lack of communication. I had to call multiple times for any update on my only vehicle that was with coad toyota for 3 weeks.

My oil filter change and engine filter change took over 1.75 hours today. That is terrible. The service department has been terrible since the dealership changed from Mike Smith Toyota. Shame on you. Also, my car was retuned to me with a check engine light on. Why would this not be noticed by the service tech? I know that it was stated you were short staffed.
