Took almost 2 hrs to just put on air filter…apparently there was confusion in the back as to what was being done. We have never waited that long for complete oil change and tire rotate and inspection.. we have always come there for service since our purchase 2 years ago.. we are always welcomed and feel right at home… but was very disappointed today in the service and I expressed that also. We drive there and it takes us little over hour to get there… and then to have to wait there that long was a little much.

I arrived for my appointment to get back brakes put on my 2018 Sienna. I was told on the phone when I made the appointment, it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. At 11:15 I went to the service desk to ask how much longer it would be. I was told it would be approximately 20
more minutes. I should have been updated about 10:30 that it was taking longer than expected due to rotors needed resurfacing. I finally got in my van and was leaving at 11:55. My van service was very satisfactory. Which I would rate a 10. My complaint is the lack of communication between service and the service desk so I could be informed there was a problem found that would require more time for repair and now and will be approximately xxxxx more time to fix it.
