I was pleased that they checked out the electrical equipment and determined that the battery (which was installed as a warranty replacement 2 months ago) had a bad cell, so they replaced it with no additional charge.

Unable to find a sheet on maintenance time/mileage schedule, she said she would both email and mail me the info. I appreciate that. Planning when to have regular service done beyond an oil change is not what I am aware of.

I was told they didn’t rotate my tires due to my front being so low and the best being on the back. But u always want ur best tires on the front? So didn’t understand that. Plus when I had a tire guy look. It’s obvious I need an alignment bc of the wear on my front left and not my front right, yet I was never told that?? And the price has gone up for oil change. No documentation about my tires and how they rank them, like usual.

I made an appointment to have my headlight bulb replaced Took off work, losing 2 hours of overtime, spent an hour waiting for my car, for them to tell me that they had to order the bulb. Why would You not order the bulb when I made the appointment 5 days in advance? Very frustrated this time.

2 very important receipts that were in the passenger seat of my truck were crumpled up and put in my glove box. I was supposed to turn those on to my vet. I'm puzzled as to why someone would do this, especially since it was in the passenger seat. Also, my tire pressure was dropped in all 4 tires. I prefer the pressure be in the 45-47psi range (well within manufacturer specs) that's why I had all 4 tires set that way. I can see adding air if the psi is low, but why lower the pressure if it is in an acceptable range?

I was told the oil/filters maintenance and tire rotation on my Lexus would take just alittle over one hour. I was there for over two and half hours. Luckily I hadn’t scheduled any other appointments.

I traded in my 2021 hybrid Camry today for a Tesla Y. I really like the Toyota service and we'll miss you guys. I might be back in a few years if Toyota gets some electric cars on the road.
