I was charged $100 for a diagnostic without being informed prior to that there would be a charge if what was diagnosed wasn’t covered by my warranty. I’m also unsatisfied that my car is less than 3 years old and having issues not covered by a warranty.

I am satisfied with how my car is running now and appreciate the service. The issue I was not happy with is with the extra key made, which was supposed to be programmed was not working. If I had gotten home 40 min later & found out the extra key did not work, I would have been majorly upset when I had to come back, so I am so glad I tested it in the parking lot. My husband & I went back in to let the young lady know the extra key did not work, although it plainly said so on the receipt copy. She just showed the young man who walked up & told him then said they'll get that done. It's the customer service that wasn't great, when it was your mistake & not even a 'I am so sorry about that. It was our mistake.' I work in customer service & I would have handled that A LOT better so that my customers would come back. Even my husband said that was bad, especially for paying over $1,000 & being my first time there. I did not say anything, instead I just went to sit down while fuming, to wait for you to fix your mistake.
They explained everything about my issue. No surprises . Gave me a time frame and all went smoothly. Thank you.

I was told multiple times i will ONLY pay for an oil change not a tire rotation with it being apart of my warranty. i have it in a message saying i will only pay for the oil change yet i still got charged for both. when i tried to explain this i basically got looked at like i was stupid. coad will not be getting my service anymore. i am not happy.
