We ordered a new 2022 Camry last year and my wife took it in for the scheduled oil change. We’ve also noticed the front drivers side tire losing air so we wanted to have it checked out. We purchased the tire warranty the day we picked out car up. When my wife went over this with Selena, she came back to my wife with a $1500 estimate for new tires. This entire experience consisted of Selena saying, “I don’t know what the tire warranty covers” and being extremely rude to my wife. Selena never got my wife an answer about the warranty and we are very disappointed with the whole experience.

We had several choices of Toyota dealerships around us. We called awhile back to a few, and Coad was one we called. We weren't transferred around, but had our questions answered right away. After getting our service done today, we won't look anywhere else to have our Toyota needs met.

We asked for a 200,000 mile check up and I think you overlooked replacing the engine inverter coolant. For us that means another hours drive to Paducah and back. In addition, I have to drive back again for a tire sensor problem because that couldn’t be done on the day I was there. However, everyone is always very friendly and kind. They were very helpful when I had a major issue and had to rent a car in order to get home.
