Othe car dealers should take lessons from you about keeping your customers happy!! You are thoroughly organized in every aspect (have coffee area and snacks, comfortable waiting area, professional and friendly staff) from the time l called you for an appointment to the time you completed servicing my car. I wouldn’t think of servicing my car anywhere else!! Thank you, Cathy B

The brown rubber mat was removed and not put back in the car. Also the hose to the carburetor was left unconnected, but we corrected it prior to leaving the garage. Just the car wasn’t running, right

This is NO reflection on the service I got from Selena or Dalen, they were both very pleasant and did a great job. But it’s infuriating to have specifically requested that the 2nd key fob, that I have been waiting for since January, be done when I made my service appointment and then to find out when I pick my car up that the fob had just been ordered and I will have to come back again when it comes in to get it programmed. I was told that notes and comments made when scheduling online aren’t seen until the day of service which seems ridiculous to me.
