Service completed well and the amount of time sitting waiting for service to be completed was 2 hours which was good.
I is very unusual but there was dirt on the driver's side carpet and door frame .
The guy ,also, came out and answered a couple of questions about the air and heat. I was very happy with the service

I needed just a rotation of my tires and it was estimated to take 45 minutes but it was 2 hours. Kind of ridiculous for it take 2 hours for a tire rotation Other than that it was ok
Ashley was great, everyone was… but I think somewhere along the line… a side and center part of my front grill were removed from atop my skid plate… which I was just going to reapply myself… makes me sad I don’t know how much it will cost me to reorder those parts, thanks… William Joshua Triplett
