The cabin air filter cover was left on my dashboard and I didn’t find out until after I had driven off and it slid onto the floor. No big deal. I’ll bring it back next week.
I am satisfied with the service I received on the vehicle but I have not been able to schedule my maintenance unless I go by the store or contact a salesman (personal friend) to have them call me for an appointment! This is very discouraging and has happened

Please let the owner know immediately if service is not going to be performed. I waited 90 minutes only to be told the tires were not rotated and balanced because of tread. The tires have less than 25000 miles on them. A cheap tire will have at least a 40000 mile life. Seems to be very inferior tires sold on the Highlander. In any case, my time is valuable and I feel I wasted my time. Timely reporting to the owner is important. If I was told within 30 minutes, I could have been on my way. The front service staff was cordial; however, that did not make my experience a positive one.
