Service desk Ashley and Zach, even the two men that greet you as you pull in are a home run for your company. The mechanic that brought the paperwork from the repair shop gets a big thumbs up for explaining what was going on with my vehicle.

I will be reaching out to your dealership in regards to a recall we had that built into a second they found. I set up the work and requested my wife to let service know of our disappointment in regards to tire wear with only getting 29,000 miles out of our factory tires. As the morning unfolded we found the alignment totally has been off!! She was met with recommendations for repairs that I feel were given to her and she felt pressured to have done for a fan cleaning and brake fluid flush!!!! This was carried out inappropriate in my opinion! We have purchased three vehicles from your company and this changes our future.

The tech drove my car 1 mile and wrote in the report about a water bottle rolling in the floor and noises from my personal belongings. The popping sound usually happens on my way to work in the morning. So to me it was dismissive of my concerns and a mockery and a joke made of a serious concern. Then I had one service left on my care package and I was charged for an oil change that was not due until 5100 miles and no sticker was placed nothing was documented about when the next is due. I drove to paducah from louisville because I trusted coad. And the entire situation was a mockery and dismissive of my concerns. The service woman I had today couldnt just tell me she had to walk me to the counter and read the joke of a statement the service tech provided at loud. 350+ to be not taken seriously. And basically made fun of
