I have gone to Marion Toyota in Marion, IL to purchase this vehicle and then every service appointment since then. I can genuinely say from the moment I called to schedule my appointment at Coad I was treated better than I ever have been at the other place. I was in absolute shock as to how kind everyone was and the quality of the information I received about my vehicle. Such a great experience. I cannot believe that I was charged as much as I was for an oil change. I don’t know that I’ve ever been charged that much and I’ve been coming there for a very long time. $89.95 seems like a whole Lotta money for an oil change. The best I can figure out on the receipt is that I was charged $55 for the labor and I don’t seem to think that’s right or fair to me. I wish someone would recheck my receipt and call me back respond to me in someway please. Thank you. Bobby R

Service to the car was superb; the workers were courteous, but the time taken to replace one tire was nerve-wracking!
You need to have your service advisors tell customers up front what it is going to cost to do the diagnostics. Other than that they took care of my problem promptly and had me back on the road which was important.
Best service-timely, informative and friendly service
He did a great job. He explained what was done with the car, the tread of the tires and anything that will be needed in the next few months.
Future service needs were discussed. Everything discussed was satisfactory.
