This was likely the easiest misr polite service visit I have had at this facility. They were polite, smiled, and checked on me midway to see how things were going. Unlike my last 2 service visits the young woman was haute' and proceeded to tell me the what wasn't going on with my car before it ever left the check in bay. I have been less than pleased with attitude from the service intake!! Zachary was very pleasant a very welcome change from what I have experienced from this Coad service dept. l

We’ve owned our Tundra since 10/23. COAD, Nick McDowell, service dept, Michael Mix and the detail team have been over and above my expectations. I’ve bought tons of vehicles from many dealers over the years and the team you have at COAD has made our family COAD for life. We had an entire detail scheduled as well as the 10,000 mile service. Michael Mix has an outstanding detail team that not only returned our Tundra to showroom new but went above and beyond in the process. Nick McDowell hooked us up with a loner for the day and kept us updated on the progress. Overall 10/10
