Poor communication. I was told someone would be in contact with me when I dropped off my car at 9:15. I didn’t get a text until 1:35 stating I would be contacted shortly, never was. I had to reach out at 4:10 asking if my car would be done by 5 since we had a long drive

We were told that a new tire would take 30-45 min. to fix. It took over 2 hours!!! We were driving home after my husband had been in the hospital for 4 days so this wait was really hard for him. Also a few days before during our service appt. it wasn’t explained to me the cost of a new tire nor the fact that we’d have to buy another tire to balance the new one. Very spendy & lengthy visit-the 1st time that we’ve been disappointed wth the Damian Lilliard setvice. Thank you for reading this! Katharine Hatding

I asked to have my inside lights checked, because I’m having problems with the car not lighting up inside when I approach it and neither is the light on inside of the car. Nothing was mentioned in the final report and when I asked, I was told they played with the light and it works. Just don’t touch it. It doesn’t work, the same problem exists.
