I’m happy that the crew made it right and fixed the leak that was going on after I got my oil changed. Sorry that they had to go out of their way to pick up my SUV and take care of it. Way to go guys!!
I scheduled a oil change, a good mechanic can do that easy in 20 minutes, plus you ad the inspection to find any needed repairs, so let's make it 30 minutes to do this service, I sat in the customer waiting area just over an hour, how much over an hour, I don't care, just too long for a oil change. I've worked in parts and service, I'm no stranger to the auto service sector.
How many service writers do you have? I counted possibly 4? Really? Plus possibly a service manager? That seems excessive?
Everything was done correctly, and right on time. I really appreciated The Service Manger and Axel. They listened to me and addressed a special need just like it was no big deal. Your dealership is the nicest Toyota Dealer I’ve been in.

In order to replace a door seal on my 2024 RAV4 Prime, I had to travel to McMinnville 3 times in one week, which is 40 minutes away from my home. My second appointment on 3/13 was a waste because the wrong part had been ordered. I returned the following day and, despite being told that this repair was to be expedited, I was left to wait 2 hours for a door seal replacement that shouldn’t have taken more that 30 minutes at most. Finally, after watching multiple employees chatting for quite some time around the service desks, I approached Isaiah’s desk frustrated at the ridiculous length of time the repair was taking. I saw my vehicle’s key sitting on Isaiah’s desk, at which time he stated the vehicle was just now ready and he began working on finishing the paperwork. I feel like my time was not valued and am incredibly disappointed in the service I received. I am concerned about this situation because I have recommended Damian Lillard Toyota to several people, including my daughter. The sales department service was amazing, but this experience with the service department has left something to be desired.
