At 3:59 I received the text & link to my all points inspection. Tech recommended coolant exchange. I responded via the link walked up to the desk at 4:01 to let them know to go forward with the coolant exchange & not worry about tire rotation.
My keys had already been brought up to the service writer desk and they had completed my service appt.
I will now have to return (another 1 hr round trip plus wait time) for my rug next week to get the cost exchange completed.
It was done on time and it was a nice waiting area with coffee and snacks.
Time went by fast
