Damian Lillard Toyota refused to repair a punctured tire on my 2025 rav4, tried to sell me a new tire when the car only has 1700 miles on it. I took the car to an independent tire professional and was informed it is a very simple tire patch repair and they had it repaired the same day for a fraction of what it would have cost, will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
The noise is as obnoxious as it was the last two times of service repairs and I am hopeful that this will be resolved with the Struts that are being delivered sometime soon by your company.

I wasn’t expecting to get the truck back in as good condition as it did. But it drove straight as an arrow and I have no complaints. My only concern now is that I have noticed someone has been getting into my truck and has turned the wheels in both directions at there furthest points . I have been having issues with people tampering with my truck the last couple of years, and they did so prior to the truck being fixed yesterday. The only way they would know that they would need to mess with it again is if they were told it was fixed, so hopefully it remains that way and I don’t have to fix it again tomorrow morning.
Isaiah is the best, really fantastic at getting through obstacles and making the customer’s experience much more enjoyable. Your service staff are all very good, but he is incredible
I do not want to be given a list of costly maintenance that has been done or is otherwise not necessary. I can get that at Jiffy Lube. I expect the Toyota shop that regularly sees my vehicle will give me an accurate assessment of needed maintenance without my needing to challenge the suggestions. I want to be able to trust the service rep, not feel like I am being upsold. This has happened to me on every visit. I will not continue using Lillard if this is not addressed. Maybe one more try.

He explained my no problem in a way I understood.
He was kind. He was a gentleman.
He wanted me to understand.
He cared.
He is a keeper.
