Tech left greasy hand/finger prints on hood. I meticulously wash my vehicle’s prior to having them serviced. This happens often, and I think it shows a lack of attention to detail. Easy fix, wipe off finger prints when done and before you tell the customer that their vehicle service is finished.

Was charged $100 to balance the tires. Hasn’t been balanced in 10,000 miles. Although there was no vibration, tires did need weight changes. This service should be standard. Even the most slight out of balance not only can cause premature tire wear, but also damage to suspension components.

Every thing was good. The service at Toyota, the ride home and back to Toyota. It didn’t take very long, and I was able to provide for my son.
