Wrong part installed. Found out after paying over $600. Installer was dismissive about mistake. No manager available to speak with. I left my contact information and have not had anyone reach out to me about this gross unprofessional service.

1000 miles ago I was told I needed new brakes. I was told during this visit the brakes have plenty of life, but several other issues were brought to my attention. Something doesn’t add up

The service itself was fine, but when I got the paperwork to look at before I picked up the car it was very confusing with various amounts of money. I was going to owe that I was not told about. Turned out. I really wasn’t going to be charged for that, but I don’t understand why it was there for me to view and agree on Before picking up the car.
