Everything went as requested and as per initial cost estimate. One small detail that I would add is to have the tech wipe down the door handles and steering wheel upon completion. Mine were smudged with greasy gloves. It’s just that added extra touch for the customer to receive their vehicle back ready to roll.

I stated that I would be waiting for the repair to be completed. The service advisor told me that it would be 2 - 3 hours. The wait ended up being about 4 hours. I only got an update when I inquired after about 2.5 hours. The length of the repair seems unacceptable to me since I have never had to wait that long for a similar repair before. Hopefully this will be addressed.

This comment is NOT about Ms Wardrip. Rather, when setting my appt, I had a long conversation about when to schedule my 25,000 mile/2yr check up. I wrote down the appt on my paper calendar as we spoke: Sept 16. When I arrived, I was told my car would be serviced but my appt was for Sept 30, which it was not. My Venza will be 2 yrs old on the 20th and the 30th would be beyond my free 2-yr checkups. Just thought I’d let you know.
