He was helpful in answering my questions about my other vehicle a 2021 Toyota SR 5. Service took one hour which I felt was appropriate since this was my first time at the dealership.
Very nice people, everybody was very friendly and nice and I appreciate that. The thing I brought my truck in for did not get fixed far as I can tell. I am scheduled to come in in the morning and talk with a technician but the same noise is still prevalent and my truck still has detonation ping when I climb up a little bit of a hill. That was one of the main things I brought it in for. I'm sure they will help me in the morning when I come in. Once again very very very nice people.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our truck was taking a little bit t the service department and the sales manager Brian came to help. He went above and beyond to go out and talk to the service people and find out what the problem was and we are going to return later in the week For an unexpected issue, but we’re happy to do that because we had such great service !! I will go nowhere else, but Damian Lillard Toyota.
