Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The service department can always get me in quickly and figure out what’s going on right away. I was in the middle of moving when my car started to have major issues, had it towed on a Sunday and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. The problem just ended up being an old battery so they waived the diagnostic fee, which was amazing as funds have been tight. Overall great experience, great communication, I’d recommend this place to everyone.
I called to make an appointment and advised my concerns with my car and but upon my arrival not only did I sit on the dock for 20 minutes while I was in front of the line and they helped the cars behind me instead, but then the person advised that they did not note any of my concerns and that I was only schedule for an express appointment. I am very disappointed as I went out of my way to provide business to you only to not have my concerns addressed or fixed for me. I wrote this to not fire anyone but to hopefully find room for improvement this was on 10-1 around 830am if this helps.

There is an outstanding recall on the vehicle which was not addressed in this service. I had forgotten about it ( a passenger side air bag problem)
and it was apparently missed by Lillard service as well. Am I mistaken that it should have been caught when the car was in even though I forgot about it? I don’t consider it a big thing, but since you asked- I will schedule the car for the recall service in the near future.

Great customer service and very professional
I brought it in early for an oil change because my check engine light was on. It later went off. I was told it was $185 for diagnostics which is an incredible amount. For all I know it was a mileage based warning. I'll have my mechanic read it and do any necessary work. I'll likely have him do all the future work as well now. That was 90 minutes of driving time a significant way over the top fee for reading an error code. Not happy
It would be better to give data as to why the repair needs to be done. It would help make decisions better.
