Everyone I have ever dealt with at this dealership has been very very pleasant and professional.I used to dread going to the dealership in Salem because the employees there were quite ignorant and disgusting. Thank you for still caring about your customers it means a lot and does not go unnoticed.
My husband brought it in but they had my phone number and I was at work. They texted me but I was working and didn’t see it. He kept going up to the desk for 4 hours after it was done they kept telling him it wasn’t finished because someone put the finished ticket where it didn’t belong. Also The tire low pressure light came on right after it was done and was not on when we took it in.
