I authorized an amount of $791.96. When I get to the counter I find there is an additional “misc” fee of $15.00? I was told it was due to extra cleaning that had to be done??? What?
If you’re charging me for something explain why and tell me up front. Is it a service you’re providing? Did you find something that needs to be taken care of in the vehicle? I still do not know what the fee is for. I’m happy to pay for work that is transparent. This is not.
I’ve been coming to this shop because it’s convenient and until now has always been straight forward and honest. But this is not good, I will go out of my way to avoid this shop from now on. Won’t be recommending it either.
