Thomas was delightful, service was quick and efficient. Extra service options were explained and accepted. He worked up tire quotes as well. Very pleased.
I didn’t want to say no cause I was mostly satisfied. However I did not like the $2.95 customer pay shop charge for repair order!
Also it was mentioned to me about tire rotation and I don’t believe it was done.
The service man that having my break fluid changed was part of the 30,000 recommended service. When I got home, my manual was not recommended service. That was Senior abuse, and I will notify authorities about this case. It is fraud on your establishment.

I wasn’t happy that that when my wife arrived she was told that she should get an oil change when that wasn’t necessary. Also the maintenance notification wasn’t turned off. Also the the car wasn’t vacuumed or washed which has been our experience with other dealerships.
She was awesome and it was a very smooth straight forward process from arriving to picking up vehicle and explanation on vehicle status throught the service. I would totally recommend the McMinnville Toyota service department

I recommend that your sales staff makes clear to your customers when they bring their cars in for 5,000-mile check-ups, the difference between what needs to be done (oil change, etc) and what else could be done but isn't necessarily required. That difference was not made clear to me.
There was an unexplained charge and the dashboard settings were not returned to their original settings.
